The project is in the city of Al Marj, which is located in eastern part of Libya. It is one of the most important housing projects in east part of Libya, Libya where the Libyan people are facing housing difficulties. The total project area of 2500 Unit Housing Complex is 439 hectares that includes 1164 villas, 1336 apartments including the service buildings. 1336 apartments which are 167 blocks have been constructed by ARSEL in Joint Venture with Local Partner.
